Roses are a big use in love spells or work with love. They are also added to luck spells and If you carry rose petals they act as a Protecting Amulet. Rose petals sprinkled in your home helps to calm stress and any house hold problems. Rose water on a cloth and placed on forehead is said to take away the headache.

I want to share the recipes for the homemade face cleaner and moisturizer I use!

I have started using this face toning lotion and rose water on my face and I must say it is the best stuff I ever used on my face. I have skin that is very sensitive and I can't use most soaps on my face also if I put lotion on it forget it my face breaks out bad. So I tried rose water for moister and It makes my face so soft it was amazing!! The Toning face astringent is what I call it because it is more of a astringent then a lotion. This stuff cleans your face so good and it makes your pores close so less brake outs. I have used it on the one or two I did get and it is cleared up for the most 3 days. I couldn't believe it! It feels so good and refreshing on your face too.

Rose Water: You can buy this at most stores that sell ethnic foods but I have a bush of the best smelling roses that I use to make the rose water. It was so easy too.

Rose water recipe:

Big Pot and cover
Small brick
Heat Resistance bowl
I picked about 2-4 cups rose petals depending on how much you want to make
4 Cups water (I used filtered and then boiled water)
Small bottle or spray bottle

To make you put the brick in the pot and then add the water and roses put the bowl on the brick. Next cover the pot with the lid on it upside down. Boil the rose petals until they are transparent.
The Rose Water collects in the bowl. After it cools put it in the bottle and store in the fridge. It stays good for a few weeks.
I use a spray bottle and spray it on my face as I feel like I need some moisture or if its hot it feels good spraying your face with the cold rose water!

My rose bush with the best smelling roses!

 Toning Rose Water Astringent

You will need a bottle
(I used  a old calamine lotion bottle it worked really good for shaking and pouring plus reusing a bottle is always good!)

4 tablespoons of Witch Hazel

4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons Rose water
and a few drops of Lavender Oil

Shake well before you use. I stored it in my fridge just because it feels so good on your face being cold. You pour some on a cloth or little face pads and clean your face.
Just don't get it in your eyes it will burn bad!!!
